Terms & Conditions of Sale Throughout this agreement, Eztia Furnishings, Globe Import Sales, Argent Trading (B.C) Corporation and Globe Imports (Ontario) Limited, shall herein after be referred to as Eztia. Pricing & Availability: All prices exclude GST, PST,HST, freight and insurance. Prices, including quotations, are subject to change without notice. No price protection is expressed or implied. Shipping dates are approximate. Eztia Furnishings reserves the right to make partial deliveries and shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Payment: Cash, Approved Cheques, Credit, or Debit Cards, or Pre-Approved Credit only. All returned Cheques are subject to a $40.00 service charge. Deposits/Down payments left over 90 days are non-refundable. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per-month (26.8% per"“annum). Goods remain the property of Eztia Furnishings until full payment is received. Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel orders prior to shipment. Note: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied for any special order products that have been customised, enhanced or upgraded at customers' request. Products remain the property of Eztia Furnishings until paid for in full. Shipments: All shipments are F.O.B. Eztia's warehouse. Freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. You must advise Eztia Furnishings in writing, if you wish to be insured. All C.O.D. shipments will be insured at the customer's expense. Any claims for damaged goods must be made with the respective freight carriers promptly. Any order discrepancies must be reported to our Service Department in writing within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Unless Eztia Furnishings receives specific shipping instructions from customer, Eztia Furnishings will exercise its own discretion in selecting the method of shipment. Eztia relinquishes any and all responsibility for damages and/or loss of merchandise incurred once the goods have left the Eztia Warehouse. Liability: In no event shall Eztia Furnishings be liable to the customer or anyone else for any incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with any sale made by Eztia Furnishings. Warranty: All products sold are subject to the terms and limitations of the Manufacturers warranty. All sales of discontinued, clearance or refurbished products are FINAL. Any warranty provided with respect to these products must appear in writing on our invoice/receipt. During the first 30 days from invoice date, defective products under warranty may be returned to Eztia Furnishings for warranty service upon approval. All defective items will be repaired or replaced at Eztia Furnishings discretion within the terms and limitations of the Manufacturers warranty. Eztia Furnishings may at its option choose to replace a product with a new product (which in its reasonable opinions is equivalent to the defective product) rather than provide repair service For subsequent warranty service, please contact our Service Department. All service charges must be paid for before products are returned.
