It is our goal to provide all customers with a superior level of service which will exceed their expectations. All shipments are to be delivered on time, every time in order to provide our customers with accurate, efficient, and trouble free service.

Runners Express was founded in August of 1980 to provide courier service throughout the Edmonton area and Hot Shot service throughout Western Canada. Over time our services and fleet expanded to include Light Haul Trucking for both local deliveries and Hot Shots. Our fleet now includes several single axle and tandem axle 5 Ton flat deck trucks with capacity to haul up to 32,000 lbs and a Tractor Trailer with 53 ft tridem axle flat deck with 66,000 lbs payload capacity.

Runners Light Hauling is more than just a courier company. Our service offering includes a wide range of courier and industrial deliveries within Edmonton and the surrounding areas. However, with 5 Ton flat decks and Tractor Trailer flat decks in our fleet we have the capacity to transport loads of up to 66,000 lbs either in town, or out of town as a Hot Shot. We offer an advantage to our customers by transporting the load directly from the loading point to the customer at their location, whether it is one box, one skid, or one truck load.

Runners Light Hauling follows the fuel surcharge guidelines published by the Freight Carriers Association of Canada. We adjust our fuel surcharge periodically in accordance with the fluctuations in diesel prices and the recommendations provided by the FCA. We endeavour to provide our customers with written notification of a fuel surcharge adjustment by fax or e-mail.
