Mr. Dufresne is a partner with APEX Geoscience Ltd., an established geological consulting company focused on diamond, gold and base metal exploration in Alberta, B.C., Nunavut, NWT and Australia. Mr. Dufresne has worked with the Company since its inception, participating in both its land assembly as well as serving as Qualified Person for all its exploration programs.

Grizzly Discoveries, Inc is a Canadian exploration Company focused on exploring world class gold and base metal deposits in British Columbia and diamonds and industrial minerals in Alberta.

Dr. Pillerdorf has been involved in the mining sector for over 10 years, including funding start-up mining companies and sourcing and funding resource claims. Dr. Pillersdorf is Head of Rheumatology Outpatients and Head of Rheumatology training at the McMaster University Medical Center.

Alberta-based entrepreneur who has been involved with mineral exploration and prospecting in Alberta and British Columbia for over 25 years. Mr. Testo, as the founder of Grizzly, has been instrumental in assembling significant land positions hosting potential for gold, silver, copper, potash and diamond deposits, and funding its exploration programs.

Mr. Turnbull is a consulting geologist with over 20 years experience in diamond, precious and base metal exploration. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and is a Qualified Professional Geoscientist recognized by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Doug is the President of Lakehead Geological Services Inc., a geological consulting company based in Vancouver, Canada, and provides a variety of exploration services to exploration and mining companies.
