Lisa Sharp Chief Financial Officer Lisa Sharp, CGA, has over 15 years of senior management experience in a variety of industries including mining, environmental technology and remediation, and for the past decade has focused on public companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and AMEX.

Ron Schmitz Executive Vice President, Director Ron Schmitz is the primary administrator of Gold Canyon, with over 20 years of experience in financial management of resource companies. He is the owner of ASI Accounting Services, providing accounting and administration to public resource companies; and he has been a director and CFO of various public companies.

Peter Levinson, J.D., B.A. Director Peter Levinson was a Partner at Lonestar Capital Management in San Francisco until November 2013. Mr. Levinson has approximately 20 years of experience in the securities industry, primarily as a distressed debt trader. Mr. Levinson briefly practiced law for the firm of Howard Rice Nemerovsky Canady Falk & Rabkin (now Arnold & Porter LLP). He received his J.D. from Stanford University and a B.A. from Connecticut College.
