Description

Fission 3.0 was incorporated in October 2013 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fission Uranium Corp . On November 28, 2013, Fission 3.0 completed a plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act involving Alpha Mineral and Fission Uranium Corp. pursuant to which Fission Uranium acquired Alpha Minerals’ 50% stage in the Patterson Lake South (PLS) project.

Ms. Harke has worked with the Geological Survey of Canada where she was involved with a technical research team investigating quaternary deposits in Nova Scotia, Ontario and British Columbia. She has over 11 years of industry experience in gold, base metals and diamond exploration programs across Canada.

Mr. Gonzales has been involved in mineral exploration for over 22 years, much of it with mining giant, BHP Billiton. He was a key member of the team that brought the EKATI Diamond Mine from advanced exploration to production. He has held roles as Senior Exploration Geologist, Technical Specialist (R&D) and Superintendent of Exploration as part of the Strategic Development group at EKATI. At Fission, as Project Manager, he was an integral member of the advanced exploration team working to develop Fission Energy’s high grade uranium J Zone in Northern Saskatchewan.

Ross McElroy is a professional geologist with nearly 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He has comprehensive experience with working and managing many types of mineral projects from grass roots exploration to feasibility and production.

In addition to being the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Ross McElroy is Fission 3.0 Corp’s Chief Geologist. Mr. McElroy has nearly 30 years of experience in exploration, advanced project development and mining for both junior and major mining companies for a variety of commodities including uranium, gold and diamonds.
