At this time there are literally thousands of FRESHPOPTM units working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all over the world. We have barely scratched the surface for the potential of the FRESHPOPTM unit. This new and revolutionary machine has unlimited potential. Your FRESHPOPTM machine is manufactured with state of the art equipment. We utilize over 90,000 square feet to manufacture the FRESHPOPTM unit from start to finish. We also have an in house research and development team that are constantly looking for ways to improve our product. There is well over a 160 people involved to make your FRESHPOPTM unit. From the raw metal sheets, to the laser cutting, punch and breaks, circuit boards and wire harnesses, final assembly, test run, and in the box to you is all done under one roof. FRESHPOPTM uses the most sophisticated manufacturing processes on the market today in every phase of manufacturing to ensure a quality consistent product. We use 18 gauge cold roll steel in our metal work and with our fully automated robotic equipment are able to maintain an accuracy of 1/1,000 of an inch.
