The United Nations has sanctioned Israel more times than the rest of the world for its behavior. Other groups have condemned Israel for its atrocities. What more does the Jewish community expect? This has gone on for over 60 years.

Clayton Jevne, Theatre Inconnu co-founder and artistic director, has weathered as many storms as the average four-masted sailing ship. Somehow he has survived, in a small city with several theatre companies, through government apathy and demographic fluctuation. Besides running Theatre Inconnu for three decades and 100 productions, Jevne was the artistic director at Victoria’s summer Shakespeare Festival for over 10 years.

Between 2005 and the 2013 election, EnCana Corporation made 52 contributions to the BC Liberal Party totalling $791,270. EnCana is an Alberta-based company that produces and markets oil and natural gas in several North American locales, including northeastern BC. The company is second only to mining giant Teck in the amount of money it gives to the Liberals. EnCana isn’t the only natural gas producer in BC providing financial assistance to the Liberals. Other donors include Spectra Energy, Talisman Energy, Apache Corporation, Crew Energy, Nexen, Devon Canada, Imperial Oil, Suncor Energy, ConocoPhillips, Arc Resources, and Penn West.

Kalynchuk replied, “…it is the responsibility of [MMM] to assure the project is delivered in accordance with project specifications which includes seismic. As stated, [Hardesty & Hanover] have undertaken a full seismic assessment to assure the final product meets the specs. Upon completion of the job they will be required to provide letters of assurance to certify construction meets the specs and design. With respect to the seismic analyses, it is not expected that the detailed data would be provided to us as we are not structural engineers and probably would not understand it.
