We provide clients with design expertise from small kitchen and bathroom renovations to new home construction. We create detailed budgets for clients to track and follow to ensure the end design cost does not exceed the project budget. We compile complete specifications for projects for accurate tendering and contract purposes. We work closely with Strata corporations to assess, budget, and plan for repairs and maintenance. Contingency reserve studies are just part of the information and planning assistance provided for Strata and Co-ops.

Derek Rathwell of Eagleye Drain Services was called in to assess the cause of our flood. Along with Colin who had previously worked with Wes, as well as Don, they worked to provide us with an emergency repair of our sewage pipe. They took care to protect our lawn and property while providing us with rapid service. When Derek, Colin & Don returned to complete the repair of the entire sewage system, they kindly spent time to explain the work they were providing to us.

Eagleye Restoration & Construction Ltd., was founded in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, in 2003. It has grown from a small company to a well known and reputable insurance restoration company in the south Vancouver Island. We have three main divisions that work together seamlessly: Restoration, Remediation, and Reconstruction. We also have support divisions that compliment the main company like a Drain & Sewer Division, & Home Inspection Division.

The project was to create an Eagleye Home. With an Architect we created a unique design that utilised the lot to create and exceptional home. We followed LEED style construction techniques to maintain environmental and energy efficiencies. During the design stages we brought in structural engineers to provide over the seismic elements far exceeding current codes. The home was built with attention to the latest building science.
