Flexcim Services have been operational for over 30 years, and have accumulated a significant amount of experience in design and manufacturing.

Flexcim Services provides parts and services to a wide variety of industries including; Oil& Gas, Agricultural, Retail, High Tech, and various forms of Industrial. Many of Flexcim's customers have been loyal for over 20 years. Using State-of-the-art AlphaCAM CAD/CAM Software, we convert CAD drawing database information directly into tool path code for our CNC milling and CNC lathe equipment. We specialize in high tolerance, quick turnaround of one-off, pilot-run and production machining.

High tolerance parts of Stainless Steel, Titanium, Mild Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Nylon or Delrin can be machined for prototype or production parts.

Our Plastics department is a one stop shop with experience in design, prototype manufacturing, mould design, mould machining, and part production. We specialize in short to medium size runs using many rigid engineering resins including ABS, Delrin, Nylon, and Polycarbonate. We also mould flexible elastomers such as Santoprene, and Alcryn.
