About Control Manufacturing Inc. Control Manufacturing Inc. established in 2006 currently operates out of a 5000 sq. foot facility in the heart of Edmonton's industrial area on the south side of the city. We manufacture for the energy sector. We offer production machining and phosphate coating. Our management has extensive experience in the oilfield, and combined with our skilled staff we can fill any requirement needed.

COATINGS Control Manufacturing is pleased to offer a Nickel-free Zinc Phosphate coating system. This process is formulated to produce a crystalline, heavy phosphate conversion coating on iron and steel products. The coating offers excellent corrosion protection in immersion processes, and is used in sacrificial break-in applications. It also has the benefit of producing a good base for subsequent treatments with soluble oils, water displacing oils, wax and painting applications. Parts will have a long shelf life when warehoused as we currently immerse all parts in soluble oil as a final step.

QUALITY ASSURANCE Control Manufacturing Inc. maintains full process and materials tractability throughout manufacturing. We are currently manufacturing wellhead equipment and are API-Q1,ISO/TS 29001 Certified. We are also API 6A and 5CT licensed. Our Quality Assurance program is open to view at anytime and copies are available if needed. Our management is constantly striving to improve our Quality Assurance program to meet the needs of our customers.

We are currently staffed with fourteen energetic people who take pride in their abilities, seeing their impact on our company and our customer's successes and their bottom line.
