Neil has previously held senior leadership positions with Shell, Petro-Canada, and Suncor. Neil led the development of Shell's $6 billion Athabasca Oil Sands Project. He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry in Canada and globally.

Under an exclusive licensing agreement with Ceramatec, their extensive expertise will continue to be made available to support the development of the Molten Sodium Upgrading technology through to commercialization. To support the development of this technology for heavy oil upgrading, a team has been assembled with over 100 years of upstream and downstream experience.
