Our purpose is : ?To accelerate the work of proclaiming the Gospel to isolated people groups around the world that have not had the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.? We desire to do everything possible to help evangelical mission groups around the world with similar purposes. FRIENDS' ministry is to give Christians an opportunity to become more directly involved by using their gifts and abilities in doing the Lord's work with us. Our four main areas of focus are: 1) missionary services, 2) work teams, 3) equipment projects, and 4) church planting. FRIENDS has found that many people are willing, but need direction to function effectively as part of His great work. We see each person as part of the body of Christ, serving God according to their abilities and resources. FRIENDS In Action International offers several stateside missionary services from our headquarters in Mansfield , Missouri . Guestrooms and vehicle repairs are available for missionaries on leave from their country of service and for those returning to foreign fields. A nationwide hospitality network and prayer hotline are available. Shipping of supplies and equipment overseas for missionaries is another important part of our support services. FRIENDS reaches out to missionary groups and individuals, by helping them with equipment and other physical needs to meet the demands that they face in their ministry...
