Extreme PC is an authorized reseller and as such we have respect the pricing policy set by the manufacturer for each specific projector or screen we offer on our website. We have done our best to adhere to these policies, while at the same time provide our customers with the pricing information needed to make decisions as directly as possible. If you see other sites that show pricing when Extreme PC has "Email for Price" policy on that specific product, because they may not be an authorized reseller and/or breaking the manufacturer's M.A.P. policy, which should give cause for concern, because they may disregard your requests just like they do the manufacturer's.

The answer is pretty simple: Extreme PC is an authorized reseller, and as an authorized reseller we are bound by manufacturer restrictions on how and where we can show pricing. Every manufacturer and projector has a different M.A.P. (minimum advertised price) policy, which is why sometimes we can show the price and other times we are required to email the price, or have the customer call our toll free number to get a quote.

Delivery Times & Shipping We ship small items across Canada and USA via Canada Post Xpresspost and Expedited services. Xpresspost delivers the next business day locally and regionally, and 2 business days nationally between most major Canadian centers. The rates are estimated automatically using our server's direct link to Canada Post price matrix. - If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items? We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment. If one of your items happens to be backordered at the time of your order, you will have the choice to wait for one shipment or split your order into multiple shipments. - Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else? Please enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the "Ship to" portion of the checkout process. For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address, will be subject to a fraud screening process. Please make sure the "Ship to" address is listed with your credit card company as "Alternative shipping address".

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site. We use the information you provide about your customers when placing an drop shipment order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. At times, we do release information about our customers to third party partners for marketing of offers we feel will benefit our members. This information includes customer name, phone number and e-mail address. We never release credit card information or information about purchases and buying habits. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
