Description

Convalescent care program (ccp) Extendicare Peterborough is committed to helping people live better lives through our Convalescent Care beds. Our CCP program staff provides 24 hour care to individuals in our community who require specific medical and therapeutic services following surgery or serious illness. We provide services in a supportive environment for those who may not require hospital level care but are not yet ready to safely return home. You can be referred to Extendicare Peterborough by your physician, hospital staff or Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) Coordinator/case manager.
