As a nurse manager with a passion for providing quality nursing care the Director of Care oversees the delivery of all health care services to the residents of the retirement or long term care community. The Director of Care leads our nursing team, develops individualized Care Plans, and oversees the delivery of excellent nursing care to our residents. As a member of our senior management team, the Director of Care has the ability influence the services we provide and the direction of the organization.

Working collaboratively with other members of the Environmental Services team and following departmental policies and procedures, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to ensure that resident personal spaces, buildings, grounds, and common areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner that meets or exceeds resident and family expectations, as well as ORCA and Company standards. As Laundry Aide, you will be responsible for providing laundry services including resident and common laundry for the Home as per Company standards.
If you are an individual energized by working with older adults and who share a passion for truly making a difference in their lives, we want to hear from you. You must be certified as a Personal Support Worker or Health Care Aide with a caring, compassionate heart. Prior experience in a retirement or long term care setting is preferred but not essential. Must be energetic and have good communication skills.
The Director of Dietary Services (DDS) is responsible for the overall operation of the Dietary Services department. The incumbent will oversee the provision of food and nourishment to residents in a manner that is consistent with the organization's standards of quality, service and sanitation, and in accordance with legislative requirements; oversee and direct the development of menus and recipes; the acquisition of food and supplies; the preparation of food; and the service of food to residents in accordance with established standards, regulations, and budgets.
