Not only do we provide exquisite care and services for our elders, we also treat our employees with that same care. By providing a satisfying working environment where staff are treated with respect and have all the required resources to provide safe and quality care, we attract and retain the finest and most caring individuals in the industry. Our quality staff are there to ensure the elders' health status is closely monitored and health services are coordinated, allowing our elders to enjoy life in their home and their community.

In most cases, we provide whatever level of care is needed. Some of our elders may require minimal assistance with daily activities and others may require more. We are staffed with Registered Nurses and Health Care Aids and have all the equipment necessary to deal with your personal and health needs. We work with community services and home care to provide additional help so that you can stay at your ExquisiCare home for as long as possible.
