Envira-North Systems Ltd. was incorporated in 2003. Dan Lambert is the President and sole Director. Envira-North is a sister company to Sun-North Systems Ltd. who is well known for its knowledge and expertise in ventilation for the agricultural industry. In 2000 Sun-North Systems began a venture in design and manufacture of a state of the art environment control which could be utilized in both the agriculture and industrial sectors. In 2003 an opportunity arose with respect to the Altra-Air ceiling fans which were suitable for both agricultural and commercial use, therefore a new vehicle was needed as a separate entity to provide service to the industrial sector. Envira-North was formed to distribute both the ceiling fans and the environmental control (still in testing stage). Envira-North shares personnel, office, manufacture and warehouse facilities with Sun-North, in Seaforth, Ontario. Envira-North Systems Ltd. is the Exclusive Canadian manufacturer of AltraAir fans.
