Bill was most recently with SCM / Claims Pro where he held national and regional senior leadership roles for the past 9 years. He has more than 25 years of experience in national and/or regional sales and operations management, franchise operations, marketing and business development. His broad experience in both sales and operations will be of significant value as we continue to grow and refine service delivery in our Central Region, and as we continue towards our goal of setting the standards in our industry.

In 1983, after significant investments in research and development, they opened a sister company specializing in document salvaging and restoration using leading-edge technology, providing specialized service in Canada and the United States. Both companies now operate as FirstOnSite.

Mark heads our Commercial Sales Division in the U.S. He has more than more than 20 years of senior level sales and management experience in banking, healthcare and restoration and is dedicated to bringing our U.S. customers dependable, repetitive and standardized emergency response solutions.
