Emans, Smith, Andersen Engineering Ltd. has been operating in Calgary since 1976 under the guidance of the founding principal, Scott Emans. Emans, Smith, Andersen Engineering, Ltd. has completed several major office buildings in Calgary including Bankers Hall Phase II, the Millennium (Ernst & Young) Tower, Shell Centre, the Calgary Municipal Building, Calgary Eaton Centre office building and shopping mall, Canadian Occidental Oil (635 8th Ave) Headquarters. Our ongoing involvement as base building engineers, and in tenant work for many projects, ensures that we are up to date on owner and tenant issues and concerns.
