ABOUT US Ely’s Glass Company was founded by Mr. Ely Ichelson in 1950’s. Our first Store opened its doors in 1960 at the corner of Avenue Road and Old Orchard. Soon after Ely’s Glass was joined by Mr. Antonio Turco a true Glassman from Italy. Both men working together expanded the business and opened our first factory, adding to the services offered by Ely’s Glass. Today Ely’s glass is still 100% family owned and follows the same traditions set by its founders.

Ely’s glass started its business as a residential glass and window repair shop. Today we provide a vide variety of the residential services which covers old houses with wood and putty windows to brand new high-rise condominiums.

Our factory is located in a 20,000 square feet warehouse in Scarborough It is equipped with the latest machinery in the glass industry. Straight beveller, shaped beveller, polishing machine and sandblaster are some of the machines operating in our shop. We do all the cutting and handling of the glass in our factory. This way we are able to support our showrooms and our glass trucks with a fast service. Our professional crew working on our glass trucks is in contact with the office through walkie-talkies to provide a fast and reliable service to our customers across greater Toronto.
