Somerville's primary design, engineering and manufacturing facilities are located in a modern 77,000 sq. ft. industrial facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All design, project management and manufacturing activities are co-ordinated from this location. Somerville also maintains a 25,000 sq. ft. warehousing and distribution facility a short distance away from the main facility. This secondary facility also serves for staging and logistical support for installation activities.
