We start by providing a no - charge in - home assessment conducted by one of our qualified Registered Nurses. Our holistic approach means you benefit from a solution that completes the care picture. Our service starts with the RN assessment and includes a medication review, creating a care plan, accessing and coordinating supportive services and scheduling caregivers. Our caregivers assist with bathing and personal care, provide companionship, help with meal preparation and assist clients with all activities of daily living (ADL). We can also arrange for Physiotherapists and other professionals to provide assessment and treatment as required. At Eldercare Home Health we work in cooperation with your client's doctor, their pharmacist and government agencies. Our staff have the knowledge, skill and commitment to provide the highest level of care. And of course we provide the expertise of a Registered Nurse to supervise all care.
