The founders of Effectuality came from different companies in the desktop publishing and design, computer software and internet media industries. As employees of new economy companies, we experienced this continually evolving economy from different perspectives. However, there were common experiences in each of these types of companies. To some extent, the companies were all experiencing the following: - Fast, unpredictable growth - Dynamic and constantly evolving needs - Employees who were versatile enough to research and find solutions to these needs. - Inability to find and keep experienced staff - The constant need to get something done quickly or 'yesterday' These experiences with our previous employers lead directly to the reasons we determined that there was an unfulfilled need and started this company.
