Earth Energy Resources Executive Team Mr. Kevin Ophus Director & Chief Technology Officer Mr. Ophus is the inventor of the Ophus Process, which is the foundation of the Earth technology. Kevin Ophus has over 20 years experience in oilfield operations. He has a wealth of knowledge in solving oilfield productions problems, including the use of catalysts. As General Manager and part owner of an oilfield service company, Kevin was in charge of oil well treatments (paraffin, asphaltenes, scale removal etc.) tank cleaning and sales. Mr. D. Glen Snarr, C.A. President & Chief Financial Officer Since 1994, Glen Snarr has been involved in the senior financial management of numerous companies as Vice President of Finance at BanCor Incorporated, a successor company to Travis Chemicals Incorporated He was treasurer of Decarson Rentals (2000) Incorporated until it was sold to Builders Energy Services Trust in January 2005. Glen is currently a director of ESG Filtration Limited and CFO of Stor edge Management Incorporated Prior to joining Travis in 1994, Glen worked 13 years for Deloitte and Touche Chartered Accountants where he concentrated on mergers & acquisitions, public company auditing and reporting. Mr. Barclay Cuthbert, MBA, B.Sc Vice-President, Operations Barclay Cuthbert has over ten years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working with oil companies and oilfield service companies in Canada, Russia and the Middle East. Barclay worked with LUKoil Overseas to develop international exploration and production operations, focusing principally on projects in Latin America including analysis of several heavy oil deposits in the region. Prior to that, Mr. Cuthbert, managed the western partners' interest in a production chemical joint venture with LUKoil in Western Siberia. Mr. Tim J. Wall, P. Eng. Vice-President, Engineering Tim Wall is a graduate civil engineer from the University of British Columbia with 25 years of oil industry project engineering experience. Prior to joining the Company, he was a senior project manager with a major oil company in Calgary, where he was responsible for geophysical and geotechnical field investigations and infrastructure planning for a $6 billion oil sands mine/bitumen production operation in the Athabasca Oil Sands region of northern Alberta. Tim's prior involvement with oil sands mine projects coupled with his knowledge of regulatory permitting, design, construction and maintenance of open pit coal mines, gas plants, refineries and pipelines will be key in his mandate to bring the Ophus Process to commercialization. Mr. H. Douglas Hunter Chairman of the Board Mr. Hunter is a Professional Engineer and has over thirty years experience in the oil and gas industry. He is currently the President of RFM Capital Corporation, a private investment company. Mr. Hunter has been active in several public and private oil and gas companies including Viking Energy Royalty Trust (Chairman of the Board), Bluesky Oil & Gas Limited, Triumph Energy Corp., Petromark Minerals Limited, Petroleum Capital Corporation and Ricinus Resources Limited Mr. James A. Banister Director Mr. Banister is President and CEO of BanCor Incorporated, a private investment firm and successor company to Travis Chemicals Incorporated, a private company that he owned from 1985 to 1997. Mr. Banister is a director of Builders Energy Services Trust since its inception in January, 2005. He is also director of Galvanic Applied Sciences on the Venture Exchange and several private companies. Mr. Verne G. Johnson Director Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba in 1966. He worked with Imperial Oil Limited until 1981 (including two years with Exxon Corporation in New York from 1977 to 1979). From 1981 to 2000, Mr. Johnson served in senior capacities with companies such as Paragon Petroleum Limited, ELAN Energy Incorporated, Ziff Energy Group and Enerplus Resources Group. He currently serves on a number of public company boards including Fort Chicago Energy Partners L.P., Harvest Energy Trust, Builders Energy Services Trust, Gran Tierra Energy Incorporated and Mystique Energy Incorporated He is currently President of his private family company, KristErin Resources Limited Mr. Ken M. Stephenson Director Mr. Stephenson is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan brings to the board a very diverse experience base. He has held private investments and directorships in the oil industry in contract drilling, exploration and development, pipeline construction, manufacturing, heavy construction, gas processing plants and industry camp and catering. Mr. Stephenson has held major investments in an automobile dealership, hotel supplies and real estate development. He currently holds an investment and directorship in Calvalley Petroleum Incorporated (TSE), and Durum Exploration Incorporated, along with several other diverse private investments in various sectors including oil and gas. Mr. Stephenson is a director of Vauntcom, a private digital advertising corporation. He is currently Chairman and controlling shareholder of NARSTCO Incorporated, a steel railway tie manufacturer in Texas, a major shareholder and Chairman of Hiltap Fittings Limited a manufacturer of high tech fittings, a director and shareholder of Mercado Capital Corporation a national equipment leasing company, and Creative Door Services Limited, Western Canada's largest garage and industrial door supplier.
