C.A.R.E. strives to provide parents, teachers, caregivers and employees the opportunity for personal and professional growth by offering services, support, resources and education to help achieve their full potential. We recognize individual lifestyles and needs of all families, as well as honour partnerships with all agencies that offer services to children, youth, families and educators throughout the community of Elgin and the surrounding area. Early Learning Centre's C.A.R.E. program regularly consults and collaborates with area agencies to ensure quality services.
