We provide best practice human resource services to a range of clients across Canada and has worked with over 50,000 unemployed individuals in projects delivering employment assisted services including career transition, career planning, group sessions, self-serve employment services and targeted wage subsidies. Our projects have specifically targeted youth, older workers, aboriginal people, forestry and mine workers, health care specialists, rural residents and persons with disabilities.

With over 30 years of experience working both in Human Resources and the Employment Services industry, Penny believes that learning is a lifelong journey; she has HR and Business Administration diplomas and is a certified facilitator for Provincial Adult Instruction, Change and Transition and Employment Counselling. Penny is a current member of the Human Resource Management Association (HRMA) and sits on the Northern BC advisory committee.Penny is happiest when sharing her creative vision, working with others, and planting seeds for success; she believes value is not what you get but what you give. It's figuring out what is important to other people, not just you.

After growing up in Williams Lake, BC, Penny spread her wings and continued her life journey in Sydney, Australia, where she created her own company specializing in Executive Search and Human Resources. For 13 years Penny continued her career abroad and before returning to her home town, now the headquarters of ESP Consulting Ltd. As a former professional figure skater Penny knows that it takes self-determination, a strong mind and a grounded spirit to make positive change and innovate and inspire others. She actively contributes to the community by supporting other service providers to create shared leadership and provide strong community based collaboration. Embracing her life lessons, Penny has a unique approach towards business where generosity of spirit, warmth and kindness guide her.
