With 23 years of experience in the bottled water industry Deborah first joined Laurentian Spring Valley Water Company in 1990 and as a result of an acquisition joined AquaTerra in 1996. In her current role of VP Human Resources Deborah is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Human Resource functions for the company. Throughout her tenure, Deborah has held a variety of positions in Human Resources and has progressed to her current senior role.
