Welcome to DV Cuisine. We are a company specializing in producing culinary programs in the form of documentaries and short features related to interesting food topics and issues around the world. We also present these shows in enlightening culinary weekends, or corporate retreats. If you are in for adventure, we take groups on culinary tours around the world. Our objective is to educate people and students about growing and cooking food along the same lines as the Slow Food movement, emphasizing the importance of biological factors and the perception of taste, in other words "edu-tain" our clients. At our culinary weekends we feature guest chefs from around the world who will cook and demonstrate the natural products as they grow in season and from different regions, while DV Cuisine will enhance the events with fascinating culinary workshops.
