We have the pleasure to introduce DLL Inc as a North American industrial leader in the manufacturing and repairing of high tech products.

In October 1995, DLL Inc was created by is actual president
Laurent Leblanc in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada as a small manufacturing company with only 4 employees.
Today the company includes three divisions: Railway, Petroleum and Industrial with more then 40 full time employees.

DLL Inc serves the Railway, the Petroleum and the Industrial market through its activities in the fields of manufacturing new products. DLL Inc also supply rebuild parts as Utex,
Outright or on Repair-Return base. The company’s expertise lies in the design, development and manufacture of a comprehensive range of electrical and mechanical components, while maintaining good quality, reasonable price level and quick turnarounds.


We maintain a close working relationship with every customer from the manufacturing stage to past delivery to assure that their performance needs are met. If you provide us with drawings, samples or materials, our engineering and product development department will then enhance the work to maximize quality and effectiveness.

We have a history of maintaining excellent relations with customers based on superior quality and performance. Yet, we are developing even closer customer relations, taking on a larger role in the entire supply, and manufacturing chain. Our ultimate goal is to provide our costumers with the best service possible and high quality at a competitive price.

Over the years, we have developed a strong reputation for the quality and service, offering rapid turnaround of product orders with the delivery of high quality parts.
