Andrew is the President of Delta Pacific Benefit Brokers Ltd. which he founded in 1994 and has worked in the Employee Benefit field since 1986. He has obtained the designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and Dalhousie University. He also holds the sub designations of Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA). Andrew is innovative.

Delta Pacific Benefit Brokers Ltd. was founded in 1994 by Andrew Block. Our mission is to provide employers with comprehensive, cost-effective employee benefit and retirement program brokerage and consulting services. Our five employees work with some 200 employers, both large and small. We are located in Delta, BC and our clients have employees across Canada with some international content. A number of clients are Canadian subsidiaries of American companies.
