Guaranteed Nursery Stock DeGroot's is proud to have the largest selection of nursery stock in southwestern Ontario. Most of our plants are home-grown on our production farms to ensure the highest quality.

Annuals/Bedding Plants At DeGroot's we are committed to carrying the widest array of the highest quality annuals. We have traditional favourites such as impatiens, begonias, coleus, petunias, bacopa, daisies, verbena, geraniums and more. Our selection remains strong from May to June, July, August and even September. Depend on us to have hard to find, new and unusual plants such as Purple fountain grass, Calla Lilies, potted Cannas, Dahlias, Castor Beans. We also offer a full line of kitchen and landscaping herbs in individual pots, potted gardens and hanging baskets.

For two years we have grown Redbud seedlings for distribution by Rayjon, a local group here dedicated to improving life in Haiti. We give the Redbud seedlings to Rayjon, we sent out a postcard in June with a photo of a Redbud and we invited the public to come in and pick up a free Redbud. At time of pickup they were given an opportunity to leave a donation. We ran this event in both 2008 and 2010 and raised approximately $20,000.00 each time for Rayjon.
