Ian Macdonell has 20 years of experience in a broad range of investment banking activities in both Canada and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Crosbie, he was Executive Director, Corporate Finance at CIBC Wood Gundy Securities and Vice President, Corporate Finance at RBC Dominion Securities. He has played a primary role in numerous merger & acquisition advisory assignments and public and private debt and equity financings across a variety of different industries.

Ed Giacomelli has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets, having advised numerous clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, advisory and financing engagements across a variety of industries. His clients have included entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, boards of directors and public and private companies located in Canada and abroad. Prior to Crosbie, Ed held senior positions as Managing Director and Head of the Toronto office of Rothschild, the global investment banking firm, and as Managing Director at CIBC World Markets.

Colin W. Walker has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking and capital markets. Since joining Crosbie in 1991, he has played lead roles in numerous M&A, corporate finance and restructuring transactions, and advisory engagements for a diverse range of mid-market and corporate clients. Prior to Crosbie, Colin had commercial and corporate banking positions at UBS Canada and Continental Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering & Management degree from McMaster University and an MBA from the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business.
