Chairman (Non-Executive) Education: Ivey School of Business and has an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. Experience: Mr. MacDonald is Chairman and Managing Partner of Enterprise Capital Management Inc. which is an investment manager. He is also a director of MDS Inc., MTS Inc. and the Superior Plus Inc. Prior to founding Enterprise Mr. MacDonald was Deputy Chairman of a major Canadian investment dealer and head of their M&A advisory services. Prior thereto he had 27 years of experience in investment research and investment banking.
