As every store in our business will use these catch phrases (we like world peace and proper nutrition too), we think it is important to define these three terms. Modern Design: Safety, clean visual lines and an environmental conscience. Customer Service: We provide great customer service by maximizing our customers' knowledge base so they can make a smart decision when buying baby equipment. We are not interested in pushing you into buying things you do not need and we want you to take the time to make your own decisions. Our website gives a list of "Basic Baby Needs" which could be a starting point, and we provide prices for all of our merchandise. Ask people, do your own web research, visit some other stores in order to get informed about the equipment you may want to buy. You should know that our knowledge is based on research - baby equipment technology has exploded over the last several years, as has research into the products that are provided. We try to remain as up to date as possible on all recent trends and findings. Once you are comfortable, we will set up your stroller, install your car seat or deliver and set-up your furniture (we have to charge for delivery and set-up of furniture). We want to be sure you are sure because we only sell brand new merchandise - we do not sell things that have been "tried out" for a few days...
