Creston Valley Food Bank

The Creston Valley Gleaners Society, established over four decades ago, operates a food bank and thrift stores in Creston, BC, providing essential food assistance and gently used items to local families in need. Volunteers and donors sustain its mission of community support, offering dignity and care to those facing food insecurity while generating funds through sales of donated goods. The organization serves the Creston Valley, a town of about 5,000 residents, with weekday operations involving over 140 volunteers who manage Gleaners, Gleaners Too, and a Food Recovery program.
