San Diego, CA - Nov 4, 2010 - Global Green Solutions Incorporated (GGRN) and the Ledcor Group of Companies (Ledcor) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a strategic partnership to provide a turnkey solution for small to medium size biomass-fueled energy projects in North America. Under the terms of the agreement, Ledcor will be the Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor (EPC) for joint projects using GGRN's patent pending Greensteam biomass-to-energy process. Ledcor may also provide project financing, and Ledcor affiliate Offsetters may provide the management of project carbon reduction credits.
