Cornerstone Occupational Therapy Consultants grew out of a shared vision to combine our experience and backgrounds to form a community-based private practice, aimed at offering a diverse range of occupational therapy services. Based in Halifax and the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Cornerstone offers services province wide. Our Cornerstone logo represents two trapeze artists in mid-flight - we see this flight as being the transition from a disability or illness to restored function. The trapeze artists symbolize trust, cooperation, fluidity, energy and, of course, challenge - qualities which we espouse as a company and aspire to in our clinical practice. We look forward to assisting you in generating solutions to functional challenges you may face as you work towards the attainment of your goals. As our name Cornerstone implies, our company is built on a strong foundation of the solid skill sets of the founding partners. All Cornerstone partners have over 15 years of clinical experience in both the public and private sectors. Since its inception, our company has grown to include a number of associates experienced in a variety of areas. Together, we offer a strong, energetic team approach, working closely with individuals and health care professionals. We believe that this experience, combined with our client-centered practice, is the key to positive functional outcomes.
