For Insurers Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants has been providing experienced Medical and Vocational Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy and Case Management services to a variety of insurance companies throughout Canada since 1997. We provide services to MVA, LTD and workplace insurers. Our experienced staff make solid, common sense recommendations to assist your clients in their recovery, rehabilitation and return to work. We also have staff who are fluent in both French and Spanish.

Ms. Kathleen Mahoney is a Vocational and Medical Case Management Consultant with Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Limited. Kathleen is posted in Cape Breton, with a catchment area that also includes the counties of Antigonish and Guysborough, Nova Scotia. Kathleen currently holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology, is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), a Certified Vocational Professional (CVP) and is a member in good standing with both the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA Canada) and The College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP).

Ms. Turner is a vocational rehabilitation consultant with Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Ltd. Heather graduated from Cape Breton University with a Bachelor of Arts Community Studies with a concentration in Psychology as well as a Certificate in Social Services. Heather continued her professional studies at Lakehead University and obtained her Honours Bachelor of Social Work. Heather has worked in a variety of community based settings and has a client centered approach to working with individuals.

Ms. Quinlan is an Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Consultant with Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Ltd. Callie graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Her occupational therapy background includes experience in a variety of different settings, including clinical experience in areas of community occupational therapy, acute treatment in inpatient and outpatient settings, hand therapy and splint fabrication, community mental health, as well as inclusion and accessibility issues.

Ms. D’Ambrogi completed a BA in both psychology and Social Anthropology at Dalhousie University. She then went on to complete an MSc in occupational therapy from Dalhousie University and completed her clinical fieldwork with Adolescent Centre for Treatment; working with adolescents experiencing psychological and/or learning difficulties as well as family members and other health professionals regarding treatment and outcomes.
