Bill Joiner, President of ChangeWise, Inc., is a seasoned leadership expert and organizational change consultant, with over 30 years of experience completing successful engagements with companies based in the US, Canada, and Europe. He is co-author of the book Leadership Agility, and co-developer, with Cambria Consulting, of the Leadership Agility 360, the only online feedback instrument that assesses research-based levels of leadership agility.

Having founded a number of her own companies, Pietschmann brings significant business acumen and a finely tuned ability to gauge what will work to every endeavor. Her entrepreneurial bent is fortified by large-company experience leading significant change initiatives. Prior roles include responsibility for enterprise-wide HR strategy, leadership development, and culture change at Bell Canada and leading technology start-ups through all stages of growth, including financing, mergers and acquisitions.

Dorothy has more than 25 years of management experience in both internal to large companies and as an entrepreneur, serving a variety of organizations across many industries – from manufacturing to telecommunications to government.
