Since it's inception by Dr. Michael Colgan Ph.D C.C.N in 1972 in Auckland New Zealand and subsequent move to San Diego, California USA and Saltspring Island, British Columbia, Canada, the Colgan Institute has remained on the cutting edge of nutrition science.
