The Child Development Centre of Oakville is a private, multidisciplinary centre which services families and their children with diverse communication and/or learning difficulties. We believe that children are entitled to develop and grow individually in order to achieve their full potential. Communication and learning is essential in all aspects of an individual's life--social, emotional, educational, vocational, and family. We offer a number of individual professional services that families and individuals may access ongoing. Our multidisciplinary approach is suited to children experiencing learning disabilities, global developmental delays, pervasive developmental disorder (Autism, Fragile X, Asperger's Syndrome, Rett's Disorder, etc.), attention deficits or those children who may have communication difficulties along with behavioral, academic, or emotional issues. Our staff are committed to providing professional, flexible, client directed service to any child with communication and/or learning needs.
