Lorraine Kimsa Theatre For Young People is dedicated to child development and education through the art of live theatre. For 40 years educators have chosen LKTYP as a key component in addressing their curriculum and character development requirements by bringing classes to our outstanding, professional productions. Each season we ensure our plays address significant areas of the curriculum including music, language, equity, social studies, health/physical education and drama. As well, through our Education and Participation Department we offer comprehensive Study Guides, hands-on Student Workshops, and professional development programmes for teachers.
