Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM are typically only a part of the total mid-market business solution. Trusted advisors need to possess a deep understanding of the entire Microsoft application stack, on-premise and Cloud deployment possibilities, Office 365, ISV solutions, 3rd party technology and software development expertise. As well, consultants need deep process experience in the core business areas where your client wants to see performance improvement.

Legal Services Society (Legal Aid BC) assists people of low incomes to resolve serious legal problems, primarily in family, child protection, immigration, and criminal law. To manage large and complex criminal cases, LSS uses a custom-designed solution (LCM) comprised of Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. After recognizing the need for a more sophisticated solution, LSS engaged Catapult to create incremental improvements to their system. With managed services, LSS has worked with Catapult to outline a clear set of deliverables and activities each month.

As a Catapult Affiliate, your customers can benefit from our Service Desk and managed services delivery framework to minimize and manage disruptions, helping you maintain minimum service level standards with your customers.
