For 17 years, Carol Marshall Travel in Calgary was known as Butterfield & Robinson Travel. Carol Marshall and George Butterfield had been business partners since the company opened in Calgary in 1980. Carol is now the sole owner of the Calgary office, and George concentrates on the well known biking and walking tours from Toronto. We in Calgary still offer the signature B&R trips, but focus on the markets that have made us what we are today, servicing the business, holiday and soft adventure traveler. We also still believe in the philosophy that shaped B & R -- the idea that you have to slow down to see the world, that the rewards of travel lie in those intimate irreplaceable moments you create for yourself, or come upon unexpectedly when all the ingredients are just right.
