Mr. Zaleski is a retired senior executive with over 30 years of experience in management of transportation and manufacturing companies. Mr. Zaleski currently sits on the board of Trimac Transportation Services Inc. and serves as Chairman of its Governance and Compensation Committee and is a member of its Audit Committee. Mr. Zaleski was also the former Chairman of Orbus Pharma Inc., a generic drug manufacturer headquartered in Markham, Ontario. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Technicoil Corporation from 2005 to 2011.

Essential Coil Well Service ("ECWS") operates the largest coil tubing well service fleet in Canada providing coil services to producers in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. With strategically and conveniently located bases, ECWS effectively provides complete services to areas such as the Horn River, Montney, Cardium, Viking, Oilsands, SAGD, Lower Shaunovan, and Bakken, furthering its commitment to its customers. The new Generation III and IV masted deep coil tubing rigs are well-suited to complete longer, deeper and more complex wells.

Tryton Rentals (previously Decarson Rentals) has been in operation for over 50 years offering a broad range of oilfield rental equipment to oil and gas producers, drilling contractors, service rig contractors and rental companies. Tryton Rentals operates out of Nisku, Alberta in a modern 8,500 square-foot shop facility, complete with six acres of yard storage. Tryton Rentals is current on their COR certifications and remains in good standing with both ISN and HSE registries.

Mr. Amundson commenced his career in the oil and gas business over 30 years ago as a roughneck working on drilling rigs in Grande Prairie. Mr. Amundson has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Essential Energy Services Ltd. and its predecessor entities since 2004. These included Essential Energy Services Trust and Builders Energy Services Trust. Mr. Amundson was one of the founders of Builders in 2004.

Mr. German is the President and CEO of Horizon North Logistics Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. German was the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Horizon North Logistics from 2006 to 2010; the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Producers Oilfield Services Inc. in 2006; and prior thereto Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Precision Drilling Corporation. Mr. German is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience.
