All orders should arrive within 2-5 business days anywhere in Canada. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Your order can be tracked at www.purolator.ca All orders will be sent by Purolator Orders made before 2:00 p.m MST (mountain standard time) will be sent that day. Orders made after 2:00 p.m MST (mountain standard time) or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Returning Products Purchased Online: We would be more than happy to exchange or give you a refund in-store on your purchase up to 30 days after your receive your order. If you would like to return an item please ship it to the address below: Canuck Amusements Calgary Store 3911 37th Street S.W. Calgary, Alberta, Canada T3E 6L6 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (Shaker Cups, Free product etc.) must be returned, if received with the original purchase. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned. Backorders: If one of your items is out of stock, we will not hold the rest of your order. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock.
