Circles of Rhythm

Circles of Rhythm, founded in 1997, is a Calgary-based organization that hosts the #1 Integrated Community Drum Circle (ICDC) in North America. They offer professional training, workplace programs, corporate team building, social and therapeutic interventions, sound healing, and personal/professional development workshops. Their drum circles promote mental and physical health, teamwork, communication, and well-being through interactive rhythm-making activities. The ICDC methodology has trained over 500 facilitators, fostering creativity, teamwork, and self-expression while respecting cultural traditions, including Indigenous peoples. Drum circles are recognized for reducing stress and building community, with research supporting their positive impact on health and wellness.
