Richard Ciano, CMRP is intimately familiar with market research tools as a practitioner who has used them for more than 10 years. Richard brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Principal and Chief Analyst of Campaign Research. Richard's varied experience includes working in politics and government (at all three levels) as a senior political staffer as well as almost 4 years as National Vice President of the Conservative Party of Canada. Richard has also worked as a senior consultant in the charitable and advocacy sectors as well as for companies in highly regulated industries such as mining and gaming. Richard's marketing research experience includes leading more than 100 qualitative and quantitative research studies. An MRIA member since 2005, in 2009 Richard earned the coveted Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP). Nick Kouvalis brings the discipline and focus of a former military officer and experience in the manufacturing industry to his role as Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Campaign Research. Nick's role includes ensuring that the Campaign Research's data collection operations meet and exceed the exacting standards of our clients.
