As Western Canada's leader in the casual fine dining industry, Cactus Club Cafe's food program is unmatched. We employ the talents of Iron Chef America Champion Rob Feenie, and source local, fresh and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Our passion for execution and quality product is exhibited in our state of the art kitchens and training programs. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we also currently sponsor the largest number of Red Seal Chef Apprentices in Canada.

Our Ash Street restaurant is home to our state-of-the-art Test Kitchen, where our Product Development Chefs work to create new and exciting menu items to keep our menu ahead of the curve. It takes hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to perfect just one new item – stop by the Ash restaurant any time to sample our newest creations.
