"Convenience - close to our business; Availability of Products; The Staff;" Lakeland Machine, Cobourg, Ontario CCS Industrials is a distribution company selling industrial components such as fasteners, power tools, cutting tools, safety equipment and much more. Our main office is located in Oshawa, Ontario with multiple sub-office locations including Belleville, Cobourg and Lindsay. Wayne Carr, Al Cordy and Bill Sumersford at 92 Wolfe Street, Oshawa, Ontario formed CCS Industrials September 1, 1976. The three owners purchased the Mill Supply division of Oshawa Bearing. In February 1977 they relocated to 150 Wentworth St E, Oshawa, Ontario. In August 1995 a second branch was opened in Belleville with excellent growth encountered until early 2000. In January 27th 1997 Al Cordy retired with the other two owners purchasing his shares and continuing the company with the same ideals as in 1976. On January 2, 2000 CCS split the Belleville Branch customers and started a third branch located in Cobourg, to better service the area. After this Wayne Carr decided it was time for his retirement on July 1st 2001, with Bill Sumersford purchasing the last original shares in CCS Industrials. At the same time, Brad Carr purchased shares in CCS with the deal being finalized March 15th 2002 and putting CCS back into a partnership situation. After nearly four years of restructuring and growth the partners decided it was time to expand once again and purchased a fourth branch from Dent Industrial on February 1st 2006 in Lindsay, Ontario. CCS Industrials started with four employees, and has grown to more than 25 full-time employees. With over 650 quality suppliers and an excellent hard-working staff, selling service is easy.
